Our staff is dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers in a reliable, fiscally responsible manner.

Our Medical Assistants are put into action to support the Doctors and patient care. They assist with all aspects of the patient experience from taking vital signs, scheduling appointments and assisting the Doctor in their day to day tasks. They are trained to recognize and report healthcare emergencies (high blood pressure, signs of heart attack/stroke) and can assist the licensed staff in handling those cases. They are also fluent in English and Spanish. The majority of our MA staff live locally here in Soledad or nearby cities (Greenfield, Gonzales, King City).

Front Office staff is here to assist with all registration and scheduling needs. They are also trained in eligibillity and prior authorization that needs to be done before patient arrives to their appointments. We can schedule appointments via phone call, patient portal, email or in-person. Our Front Office staff are customer service advocates. They meet and greet our patients with a friendly smile and welcome.

Staff are always trying to accomodate patient needs and get them seen within a timely manner.
